It stopped hiding something. What should I do?

Open the Quiet Web popup on the Google results page and choose Report miss. That saves a local note only. Then email claroapp.help@gmail.com with what happened.

Does Quiet Web see my searches?

No. The extension runs locally in Chrome. Report miss does not upload your search text, URL, or page content.

Where is my license?

Stripe handles checkout. Open Quiet Web options, enter the email address used at checkout, and click Activate or restore. If access does not appear after payment, email claroapp.help@gmail.com.

Why does it sometimes leave clutter visible?

Quiet Web under-blocks when it is unsure. Missing clutter is better than hiding a real result you needed.

How do I cancel?

Use the Stripe customer portal from your checkout email, or email claroapp.help@gmail.com.
